As I know, it's the microsoft windows server service. Personally, I'm not fully satisfied with this program, and whenever I need to share files, I just use this file upload site and copy the link to send it to whoever I need to share this file with, and I can tell you that it's pretty convenient, and I don't have to worry about my files getting leaked.
