Leadership is very essential for any organisation. we can a make good team by a good leaderships. No one organisation can get success without a good leader.A leader lead the team from front to set the example for his team members who can perform well for organisation.

When one is a responsible person, dedicated, innovated, well disciplined and delegating, setting an example to colleagues and giving the chance to others to grow acheiving mutual interest for the company and its employees. That's leadership.
This statement applies to people in the organization who have the capacity to lead and influence others. This however, does not have to be limited to senior positions. A leader in an organization can be anyone who serves as a model and inspiration to others and who enables others to act.

le leadership est l'affaire de tous, cela signifie que dans chacun de nous se cache un meneur il faut juste que l'on puise à l'intérieur de sois même pour le faire dégager c'est ce qui fait la différence entre un vrai leader ou non, c'est cette capacité à mener des gens en donnant le maximum de sois même à l'intérieur sans que cela se fasse remarquer par les autres, plus, un leader doit se faire remarquer par le fait de prendre l'initiative et de Ne pas avoir honte de faire le travail d'autrui si c'est pour le faire bouger par envie et non par devoir
Leadership is a core value of any sucessful organization. When leadership is practiced by every person within an organization, regardless of position, the organization runs successfully and every employee feels a sense of commitment and pride in their work.
In general, I understnad this statement as in: Everyone in the job is expected to take initiative in fulfulling tasks as well as go an extra mile in the job requirement.
In my personal opinion, leadership is NOT everyone's business. It is a quality by instinct and can not be forcefully tought. A person may be exceptionally telented in one specific field however, that exceptional talent may not make him/her an idle leader.
It means to lead a team of persons who are working with you in a possitive manner and with the help of team produce better results and generate revenue for company
To me it means that by being a leader it is not a position for personal gains , everyone in the team should be equally treated
In deed, leadership ius everyone's business because everyone is a leader in one capacity or the other. For instance, a man can both be the leader in his home and as well be a leader (manager) at work.
The wife is a leader to the children, the first child leads other children in the home, and the last child in the home might be the lead singer in the school choir.
Eachone should exhibit the leadership quality within while performing the individual tasks which is assigned inoder to embrace success in this competetive business world.
