Turning out a valued customer depends on the situation at hand, the hotel could be bussy and there is no room for this person. You apologiese to this customer and inform him/her on how you have no space until the time you are open again. Because its not him alone even other customers are facing the same challenge.

Noting that you had no option, I would be dignified and explain extremely week as to why you cant meet that request

 

  • If the cusotmer is of Value to you - then certainly you are of value to them, so there should be a mutual professionalism
