Dissatisfaction over the quality of service received by the customer is very alrming for an organization on both acpect i.e Financial as well as repu of organization. even winback/retention of such customers are too much difficult even some time i seem imposible in such competative era. To sustain the trust of valued customer, the same product should be reintroduced with extra features and least price along with some incentives like, replacement of oldone etc etc through good marketing.
