As a leader, my team should be inspired by my personality, attitude, success and commitment. The team should know their goals, how to achieve them and the benefits of reaching out their goals for themselves, their family and the company. I will definitely follow up and follow through with my team constantly, encourage them and help them get their goals. I will provide vision, training and hope. I will get red of those who are against success and don't like to learn or improve themselves to keep the atmosphere inspiring and optimistic.

As a manager  I did brief each and every member of my team what I want and how we can reach there instead of giving a huge target for a month, into daily targets so it gives more confidence to the team that it is achievable,Also daily reports analytics helps to know what is the actual against Target By the next day morning meeting the values are shared with the team members so they could pace their activity for reaching their targets Ever since simplify the targets to daily from the Monthly targets the achievement results are improved and the team members are happy because they are getting Incentives based on the target achievement

If they have certain goals or tasks as most people like to call it then make sure there is an effective communication in your team, list down all the tasks/goals assigned,  if possible use a third party software to keep the work flow more transparent, otherwise keep a check on your team and create miniature goals within a goal or a task, also commonly known as milestones to help you achieve this.

1-  Track daily goals. Keep a calendar where you can check off each target or goal. Keep doing this every day, and soon you’ll have a chain of days you’ve checked off. Don’t break the chain.

2-  Track weekly progress.

3-   Complete a monthly review. Reviews are needing time to evolve into something you find beneficial for helping you track progress.

Reviews should  include these sections:

What tasks completed during the period of tracking, that the team member is proud of.

A report on progress for the one goal the team member focused on during the period of tracking.

Notes on new experiments team member tried during the period of tracking.

Goals for the following period, including one goal the team member wants to focus on regularly.

Notes on long-term goals and personal changes that team member is working towards.
