well , Middle Eastern airlines have an ambitious strategy to dominate US and world Market , ever since the new president elected ,the three major airlines in USA delta, united and American airlines have lobbied and raised a many concerns to the president in order to reduce flights or landing rights for Emirates , Etihad and Qatar airways , but at the same time all these airlines have been contributing to the US market through massive purchases of aircrafts like the 787's 777's and these deals were in billions of dollars , so it was difficult for the us government to just stop giving landing rights to middle eastern airlines , so they came up with the laptop ban to reduce passengers demand on these airlines rather than improving their service and elevate their product to catch up with the modern traveller expectations
