As a manager, how do you manage 1:1 employee meetings?

listen ,response to questions ,advise, motivate  and appreciate if it needed

1.you as a manger you get the best respond in a one on one meetings

2.your listerner understand you easilyand can respond appropriately

3.you get the true value of any issue in a one on one meetings

Depends on the topic. If required yes 1 to 1

As a Train heading towards the same destination, and yet along the way adjust, support, motivate  and overall guide each employee on 1 to 1 basis if required.

On regular basis. To requesting their immediate supervisor to schedule meeting with me  for performance and other agendas.
