I have heard that medical marijuana is now being actively used in some countries as a treatment. Basically, I think it makes sense. As for me, I grow cannabis at home, the information from the website helps me with this. This is a great blog with articles on how to grow cannabis easier and better even if you're newbie in it.
It should also encourage medical insurance companies to participate in the overall management of the health care.
It should make medical insurance obligatory to all its citizines by collecting a reasonable contribution and it should pay on behalf of the poor people. In the mean time, it is completely responsible for covering all kinds of diseases in the public and Governomental medical providers.
However, it is solely responsible for the epidemic diseases, prophylactic measures such as vaccinations, national catastrophic, etc.

A health system, also sometimes referred to as health care system or as healthcare system, is the organization of people, institutions, and resources that deliver health care services to meet the health needs of target populations.
There is a wide variety of health systems around the world, with as many histories and organizational structures as there are nations. Implicitly, nations must design and develop health systems in accordance with their needs and resources, although common elements in virtually all health systems are primary healthcare and public health measures.[1] In some countries, health system planning is distributed among market participants. In others, there is a concerted effort among governments, trade unions, charities, religious organizations, or other co-ordinated bodies to deliver planned health care services targeted to the populations they serve. However, health care planning has been described as often evolutionary rather than revolutionary.
Definitions
Often healthcare system has been defined with a reductionist perspective, for example reducing it to healthcare system. In many publications, for example, both expressions are used interchangeably. Some authors have developed arguments to expand the concept of health systems, indicating additional dimensions that should be considered:
Health systems should not be expressed in terms of their components only, but also of their interrelationships;
Health systems should include not only the institutional or supply side of the health system, but also the population;
Health systems must be seen in terms of their goals, which include not only health improvement, but also equity, responsiveness to legitimate expectations, respect of dignity, and fair financing, among others;
Health systems must also be defined in terms of their functions, including the direct provision of services, whether they are medical or public health services, but also "other enabling functions, such as stewardship, financing, and resource generation, including what is probably the most complex of all challenges, the health workforce.
A framework shall provided for understanding the 10 roles that government plays in improving health care quality and safety in the country . Examples of proposed federal actions to reduce medical errors the 10 roles: (1) purchase health care, (2) provide health care, (3) ensure access to quality care for vulnerable populations, (4) regulate health care markets, (5) support acquisition of new knowledge, (6) develop and evaluate health technologies and practices, (7) monitor health care quality, (8) inform health care decision makers, (9) develop the health care workforce, and (10) convene stakeholders from across the health care system.
Financial resources/role marketplace
The market alone cannot ensure all people to have access to quality health care, the government must preserve the interests of its citizens by supplementing the market where there are gaps and regulating the market where there is inefficiency or unfairness. The ultimate goal of achieving high quality of care will require strong partnerships among federal, state, and local governments and the private sector.
There are generally five primary methods of funding health systems:
1.general taxation to the state, county or municipality
2. national health insurance
3. voluntary or private health insurance
4. out-of-pocket payments
5. donations to charities
