I fully agree with the answer which given by my colleague Hamada
The fundamental goal of performance management is to promote and improve employee effectiveness. It is a continuous process where managers and employees work together to plan, monitor and review an employee's work objectives or goals and his or her overall contribution to the organization
for establishing a shared workforce understanding about what is to be achieved at an organisation level. It is about aligning the organisational objectives with the employees' agreed measures, skills, competency requirements, development plans and the delivery of results.
Performance Management process can be defined depending on the nature of the business and even the industry.
1. Primarily defining the KPI's of the employees and aligning them to corporate goals.
2. Monitoring the operational pattern and also create measurement tools to see if the goals are achieved by the organization.
3. Create accountability matrix within the team and also ensuring that there is a collaboration methodology or a early warning system in place.
This should bear good fruit with the performance management system.
