Sometimes we didn't get the front as we expect from client as scheduled. In that case our worker gets idle, so how to handle in that situation?

We are handling a project , in that we have completed the fabrication work but we didn't got erection front due to delay in civil work. so how to handle that our worker don't get idle ?
