The language of super economical powers rules always. If the super power-ship transfers from English speaking countries to some other non English speaking country yes i am sure they will prefer their own language.

English is an international language which connects most of the people in the world therefore i highly doubt if there will ever be a language that takes over that is in my opinion.

It will be a new language based on symbols, numbers and emojies.

Right now, English is an international language connecting millions of people from all over the world so, it's doubted that another language would dethrone it anytime soon. Although, if we closely observe what's currently trending in media, I'd say that Spanish would be a close second to English especially because it's the second most spoken language in the world, it's easy to learn and it's all over the media .. so who knows? maybe it will actually dethrone English one day.

I firmly believe that another language can take over from english as international language. For exemple the chinese mandarin is gaining ground in western school, coupled with the economic emergence of China can make it happen.

Sure thing, I do belive that Spanish will do. becuse, Spanish is like the common language in Europe and due to international business and political economy control of the Europe union.
