I want to know which is the entry level position in the HR department where they train you and help you learn and grow.
It is HR Assistant. This is the level of non experienced individual, where he/she will be given all necessary trainings thereby paving ways for growth in an Organization.
In my humble opinion it would be Genneral Human resources assistant, who works along with all branches of the department from time to time.

I think Trainee is the entry level job in HR department.
My personal opinion Creating a good mental institution for employees in the organization is most important. Of course, the human resources department has a duty to recruit personnel. It can not be known that under study. Or a good working history It means that the person can work well. Knowledge often comes from experience. But the mental well.
