Do you agree with the successful company has the successful HR and what makes a HR employee successful?

quality assurance is important in all parts/ resources of an organization, but the most important resource is the human resource. without it nothing can be achieved nor efficiently done. I wouldn't say it will be successful but for sure it will have the advantage.

Yes, a successful HR would have less newly employed termination or discharge or resignations. it would also, match newly employed with vacant positions in a rate higher than 90% of their skills. a successful HR would manage current employees to match employer expectations.
