fussison splice must be lest than 0.05dB and conector loss is must be less than 0.5 dB. otherwise the auttenuation will occures.

Individual Splice Loss of0.05 dB and total splice loss cannot increases0.1 dB.

Connector Loss should not increase more than0.5 dB.

The limits on attenuation for fiber optic route for splicing loss are from 0.1dBM to 0.5 dBM while for the Connector loss is 0.75 dBm

Typical splice loss must not be more than 0.1db while ideal connector loss must not be more than 0.5db.

while fiber span loss varies according to the used wave length.
