For a team leader, what would you choose: high education, low experience? or low education, high experience?

In Team leadership I would prefer high expereince with some education.

I will go with high experience  because experienced guy know how to work with perfection.Although he does not have a good degree but work matters.but very low educational guy can not work perfectly

Team leader has to be highly educated with at least 5 years of professional experience.

I would choose high education with low experience

A person with a higher education can easily and quickly acquire a certain experience and develop certain skills

A person who has a higher education masters the art of communication and negotiation and time management

But I prefer a high education with long and enriching experience

"Experience makes man perfect" so for leaders it is the experience which required to be successful.  So I prefer high experience with some education is the best combination for a Leader.

Good Question, its depends on the business type i guess.  

For the team leader, low education and high experience is the best option, because with the friction of work, each day gets new information without obtaining a scientific certificate
