Onboarding or Induction is a process wherein an New Recruit is guided to get accustomed to the workplace (Policy, Process, Culture, job function etc)in a timely structured manner. It is done to make the New hire feel welcome in their jobs and minimize the time taken for them to be productive in their positions.
