MBA is a graduate degree, better for credentials and the likes. Experience is a self made skills and talent but coupled it with MBA, throries, application, much better! In an organization, they hirep people with excellent qulaification and experience. In an apple to apple comaprison, take this example, PM A and PM B have the same number of years and epxereince in Project Mnagement, they are excellent Project Managers, but PM B has an MBA, while the other has none, as an Human Resoruce Manager, who will you choose?

what am noticing recently MBA is quite tricky for startups , MBA is targeted for well established companies, sometimes it effects entrepreneur decisions badly specially if he sticked to the "manual"

Despite what you will read that you don't need MBA; specially that a large numbers for known entrepreneurs didn't finish their studies; I believe that you must balance between both.
Knowledge and life experience are gained from two sources; the first is by trying; the second is from books where you will read from others what they have done and what you have to avoid.
The second is called "Best Practices" that will help you jump start faster.
