As a leader, how would you prevent office jealousy among your staff?

Jealousy among the staff can be removed by ensuring all team members are adequate and fairly job responsibilities are assigned.  Get rid of favoritism  and partiality if any persists.  Approach to each staff to get their feedback and suggestions for improvements and enhance team building activities; let staff feel himself as a valued member.

By knowing their abilities, and the distribution of tasks in the form that makes all the staff does not feel dereliction of his work.

By establishing a grading structure whereas each employee will be treated as per his degree certificates, training courses attended and experience.
