I follow the below techniques to be organised:
1. I always have a notepad to note down all the requests/tasks to be completed for the day.
2. I mark calendar reminder to myself not to miss out on any follow ups, meetings, renewal dates, etc.,
3. To err is human so I use color markers, highlighters, etc to narrow down the possibility of errors.
4. Finally do not delay what can be done right away.
