Good fat - good for health:

this is unsaturated fats and their primary source is plant sources. What distinguishes these healthy fats is that they reduce the rate of bad cholesterol and may increase the rate of good cholesterol in the body and thus protect the health of the arteries and heart. These unsaturated fats are found in avocados, vegetable oils (olive oil, sunflower oil, corn oil, canola oil) and nuts such as almonds, pistachios, walnuts and pine, fish such as salmon.
