Inspiration/ Stimulus/ Motivation is a psychological feature that arouses an organism to act towards a desired goal and elicits, controls, and sustains certain goal-directed behaviors. It can be considered a driving force; a psychological one that compels or reinforces an action toward a desired goal. For example, hunger is a motivation that elicits a desire to eat. Motivation is the purpose or psychological cause of an action.
In social science and politics, power is the ability to influence the behavior of people. The term authority is often used for power perceived as legitimate by the social structure. Power can be seen as evil or unjust, but the exercise of power is accepted as endemic to humans as social beings. In the corporate environment, power is often expressed as upward or downward. With downward power, a company's superior influences subordinate. When a company exerts upward power, it is the subordinates who influence the decisions of the leader.
Inspiring leader is a vast and self-perpetuating trust originally endowed person. He/ she strengthen and empower policy influencing organizations or self with leadership. To help needy communities, finance educational and cultural institutions, support civil rights and love the nation and people of the world is the best quality of an inspiring leader.

b. He/she looks after the subordinates and their well being at any crisis.

d. He/she accepts criticism and corrects himself accordingly.
e. Above all, inspiring leader always tries to set examples to his/her subordinates.

He/She should be first and foremost accommodating,all other attributes hinge and revolve around this aspect.He/She should again be flexible,flexibility is an aspect even understood and mastered by nature.Trees and shrubs don't bend against the flow of the wind,they stretch as far as they can go and eventually come back to their positions,who are they(leaders ) not to do the same in real life scenarios.They should be respectful and courteous to all.The list is long and loaded.
