But in all circumstances, àll companies should ensure that they employ a duàl control system that caters for double checks of whatever happens around the organization. No single individual should have "super powers" over other employees. By doing this, even a top manager is deterred from issuing the wrong instructions.
But even with this kind of system, there has to be an internal control unit that checks from time to time to ensure that company policies are complied with and not wait for a periodic audit.
