Face to face interaction should be at the end of the customer journey, digital is much more efficient when you are reaching out to them as part of your marketing plan.

I is very important question. I think so as the Human dealing face to face with customer will create positive interaction and assist the salesman to satisfy and convince the customer to have a certain product and service.

All times, the Human Relationship is essential to get satisfactions or adopt solutions in the any field or sector. I am completely believing that the most of the success in the sales processes is depended on the nature and level of the relationships with customers.  It is impossible to creat successful business and sales operations without real relationships with customers and know their needs and requirements.
