Thanks

In my opinion

Prosperity point : is when your organization turned to attractive environment

Lower point : when you try to keep your employees but no one stay and most of the search for new opportunity in new organization

Highest point of prosperity: when the company is achieving, has achieved or it's surpassing it's projected performance targets, and consequently when it's enjoying an unlimited competitive advantage or leverage. Lowest point for its collapse: when it's insolvent or rendered bankrupt. Uncontrollable employee turnover. When debts have eaten up equity. Thanx for the invitation

Thanks for invitation,

In a very brief wording:

The highest point for the company's prosperity, when the internal and the external environments are acting on the company's favour.

Whereas, the lowest point of its collapse, when the internal and external environment are acting agianst the company's favour.

Highest point:  The company prosperity is when they have favor over an attractive environment.

Lowest point: for collapse is when they are trying to keep their survival going through difficult times.  To maintain staff levels depends on if they wish to stay...
