Employees must be from the first day to know how much his work really hard, and how much will have to make efforts. Therefore, from the first day you must get a job like any other, and not partially enter the business. Of course it is from him can not expect maximum results, but we will see what is the difference between him and the old workers. You will see his desire to work, because if it considers that it is hard work, and gave up, then we do not need such a worker because there is no desire to learn and to work, but it is expected that they will not do anything, and receive a salary.

With my little experience, Performance appraisal is day to day routine.

I involve all management (from junior to senior managers) to evaluate on a daily, weekly, monthly basis. the six months term finds that everyting is done and ready.

Actually, as the HR person, I act as the support to the management in implementing the system and providing Tools to do this.

I also supervise to make sure that the process is properly conducted.
