What type of managerial role do you think requires the most time and attention? and why?

Every department's managerial role requires time and attention all the time.

In my opinion all of them as long as they are managers or under the formal title of manager (SV, TL),  but if we are talking what are the most, then we can say executive management requires the most time and attention just like " CEO, COO, Team Leader, Supervisor, ..."
