What do you do if you suddenly should to go on vacation for personal or family reasons and you had important issues?

Well, I have to go .... then I have to do the following

Either refer my most urgent tasks to my colleagues, Or ask my manager to make it  while I have an emergency case

in business management we have a management risk bisedes management time and human ressources and .........

which mean when we made a stategie we set strategie 1 and strategie 2 so we have plan A and plan B and in our day it's not hard to deal with 2 situation in different place  technologie developement is every where so that can facilate our business  besides our team work , mean if i should go for vacation and i have an important issues i can deal witth it not only by my self but with my team work too 

I will go for the vacation - for personal or family reasons.

List the things that are coming in the way of this emergency and discuss it with a colleague, and an immediate supervisor so they can deal with the important issues. 

In this way the emergency is dealt with as a priority and you have someone taking care of issues and completing it.

Normally some responsibilitis can be delegated following a delegation procedure within the company.Other vital issues can be resolved through other channels like communication through emails,telephone,fax etc.
