Today is important to me and to my employee. It is a must for the employer to make the employee feel comfortable in the environment they work. The Employee will never cheat but be loyal always, when there is respect and appreciation from their managers and supervisors.

3- Creation loyalty spirit by employee's participation in decisions & proposals
4- Using incentives system principle to reward the distinguished employee
5- Training Program for the employees about ethics and Code Of Conduct of company to be followed in the work and dealing with customers
6- Setting clear and hard regulations and rules for punishment of an employee cheating

There should be a strong HR department in the company with high level of expertise in dealing HR issues.
First of all the level of authority & responsibility needs to be defined among the employees working for a comapany.Follow up of the asigned tasks with proper judgement of actions needs to be done through competent managers.
Liquidity of decesions should be there,proper greviance mechanism should persisit in case of problems with swift decesions from experts
Strict adherance to the company ethics & code of conduct needs to be followed
Respect for induvudial should be followed in every dimension
Sense of belonginess needs to cultivated among the employees working in the company.
Appraisal system should include review of KPI's alongwith 360 degree evaluation of key positions atleast.
Motivation level among the employees should be kept high considering the needs associated with livelihood : psychological,social & esteeemed needs.
Return of experience should be made use of for any activity we do so as to form the basis of continual improvement in every process
