Become a 1 minute manager. Stress is oftena rest of pressure, at times due to something not working well eg Hectic deadlines etc. If someone else can do it and it doesn't require a lot of skill and the risk of it being messed up is minimal then delegate to a competent member of your team.

First of all there is no work without stressfull, anyways when I feel that my team being tired, I will try with them another manner like playing games, going to coffee shop, .... just to refreshing them.
Striving ins a stress work sceneario is why you are a leader. A leader makes tough decisions. A leader plans ahead and create back up plans. A leader will carry the boon or bane what ever is the outcome of a project.
To strive in a stressful work scenario a leader must know the capabilities of his/her constituents. You must know the potential of each employee, their skill sets, culture and work attitude so you can effectively delegate their jobs properly. Train them if you see their potential, this builds their loyalty to you so that they can do their job and alleviate some of your stress. Know when to be soft and hard so you can make sure they are doing their job.
There are no right or wrong decisions as a leader. There are only efficient ones. If you are being overworked then you are not doing the proper job as a leader. You are there to make sure your members to their job. And if they are doing their job then most likely you are not stressed. Do what ever it takes so that your member can be satisfied and productive.
By using some time managment rules such as doing the big rocks fist plus using the Golden hour rule which can finish a lot of work in short time and could encourage and push forward
