I have been fortunate in my career that i have had limited experience of politics in the workplace

Yes ... I like to call them "internal politics" and they do exist

We as employees may fall easily victim of such politics depending on how well (or how bad) we play the political game with the big guys !!

Have I been a victim of such politics ??   Definitely ....  I am not a saint ... and the people I deal with are not saints too
