There should be meeting of minds before acting on the accomplishment of a specific goal(s). First, I should be very clear in giving the set objectives and ensure that the team understands each of their role. Second, we will agree on the time frame/schedule on when i will be following up (follow through) the status of their accomplishments. I will Give the team the freedom to finish their task with their own initiatives and I will always be there ready to help and mentor. Once results are attained i would celebrate with them and give recognition to each member of the team. Team effort is always effective in attaining goals and objectives.
