Setting priorities for daily work
According to urgent important then important is not urgent and then urgent unimportant
Look dear
There is no fixed methods in planning
there is only best practices
for Example if you are going to the market
this will be your main objective
what you wil need to achieve this objective
- On Time
- With minimum risk and quiality
- minimum cost
I called this is the triangle of success
after that you will need to Identify the resources
which tools you will need
and how much this goal will cost you
Now you have a plan
and budget
Management is easy but you have to think simple
All Analysis tools are simple ways of organized thinking
Rgrds
I set goals every day and try to accomplish these goals
1st list all task you need to do
2nd prioritize them according to importance, due dates and risks of not doing
3rd Decide which tasks may be delegated.
Update your tasks lists regularly
you list the activities you want to perform and keep on performing them one by one
I follow my DAD ( Daily Activity Diaries ) to perform my duties well within the time frame. I have priorities to do things based on its importance. Follow up on existing issues or pending etc is my objective. I use my resources wisely to get maximum productivity and at the end of the day feel that I did a great job. Self satisfaction is very important for me.
I do all the necessary work and be the priority for the most important work and then the important in order to preserve all the opportunities available front and not lost.
I plan my day by considering the concept of the day and the average performance of the class.
Day to Day operations are priotised based on urgency and importance of each and every management issue as it affects organizational strategic importance.
Take note, make a to do list and know your priorities. Should there be any disruptions, you can always go back and complete the tasks that can be completed within the day. You will be more organized and wouldn't miss anything at work especially those tasks that need immediate attention.
