Hi.

The factors that lead the employee to be loyal to the organization is Employee Engagement which can now be broken down or attributed to the following highlights;

1. Motivation not only in terms renumerations but in terms of recognition of employee's effort to work.

2. Reward in terms of identification with the star in a team.

3. Job Security: when an employee feels secured with their job, there would be more effort geared towards the attainment of tasks and responsibilities because there is a form of attachment to the organization. Example someone working in Chevron or Shell.

4. Human Development to the employees from the organization. i.e. is there any effort by the organization to improve their employee's knowledge. This can be in term of training and development.

5. Welfare Package for the employee and family like HMO, pension, NHIS, etc.

6. Job satisfaction also plays a vital role in the loyalty of an employee to the organization. i.e is there any correlation with the job description and job specification of such employee.

The points can go on and on.

Thank you.

Develop staff skills

It is good to work on developing the skills of the employees according to their specialization by sending them to friendly companies and training courses.

This is in the interest of your organization, which benefits more than the great capabilities of your employees. The more employees develop with their abilities, the more positively it will affect their work and their creativity and innovation.

On the other hand, this gives them a greater sense that you are interested in developing their capabilities and providing them with free experience, which enhances their loyalty to your organization and your brand.

hi  the factors that lead the employee to be loyal to his organisation:

  • Equity
  • satisfaction in work
  • the possiblity to balence between work and family
  • a good rémuniration for some person
