What is the perfect way to set your priorities during the day?

First,if you are a dedicated worker,your priorities get done without any hassle. But still,if you find yourself fall behind,you must make a to_do list. Then number them as you read each. Write out a new final draft. That would not only help you prioritise and be on time bit also help improve your multi tasking skills. Prioritising has always been fun as it makes things easy to do without any worrying thoughts for the neglect of other tasks.

Priorities should b set by the principle of "most important most urgent" "less important more urgent" " more important less urgent""less important less urgent"

It depends on various things: when you need to submit your project, how important it is comparing to other things you have to do, how much time its going to take.

However, I always try to finish the small tasks (though they are not priorities), to be able to foucs on the next big project I have.   

you have to look for and determine which priority is due first or has a short time to be accomplished

so you will look at the due dates of your assignments from

the shortest to the longest time then you accomplish one by one

if you could do 2 at the same time but with accuracy ( to save time)  

do it and this will help you at the end of the day to have more time for more assignments or creative activities or whatever your plans require
