If you are successful to educate them about the team then there is no barier of multiculture now they are one team only.
I will make segments according to the cultures. Remiaing strategy of team management will remain same. Little different policies may be used according to their cultures.
simple; respect each other.
put for them the target and its task and invite their best opinions. group them into2 if they are4 and reward the best opinion in public. then direct the4 to equally work and execute.
Include regular cross cultural training and activities as much as possible on both official and recreational times .
Multi culture team is always inspiring and more in order. give them a expample of rainbow it has multi color and even if one color is less it will not be rainbow. so all the people has their own speciality and skills but when they work as team they deliver their best. ...i think similar examples will boost their moral strength.
