In a very brief wording,
He has the same qualifications of any good manager plus a wide experience "in farming process and procedures".
A farm Manager is a person with intuition and team spirit. He is able to convince the staff of their abilities positively. It makes him confidence and an innovator. He is flexible person with a great smile. He can touch an animal's life. He knows best what will work with the staff and the rewards for each of them honestly and truthfully. He can say something and get it across diplomatically. He does not judge anyone in public but does it one-to-one basis so that there is positive improvement.
He is the hub when business is at its peak and profits reached its targets.
