Your material inventory is always at the pivot of every production planning. Insufficiency or unavailability of any needed material automatically truncates production and renders production planning futile.

Resources utilization i.e workforce , assets is most important part during production planning second material availability another important part in production planning , i would suggest most comprehensive and integrated tool is MRP use for production planning as well procurement this will cover all aspects of planning factors.

2) Manpower we have

3) Machinary

4) Material availability

in my point of view, there is no most important, because all the points below are important equaly:

1 - Inventory.

2 - Man power

3 - Demand.

you cant start porduction without these three exist and if one of them has gone missing your poroduction will stop immedialty.

• Procurement of forecasted inventory considering in-stock material and budget.
• Ensuring manpower and machinery availability to achieve high productivity.

• Quickly implementation of a backup plan if the primary plan fails.
