Before Answering this can you analyse how Sunday holiday ( Sat+Sun weekend) impact your productivity. So if we talk of weekly offs then impact has to be seen on weekly productivity, however if the impact of One month has to be seen it must be impact on 'Annual' Productivity. 'Yes' there has to be some adverse impact on individual workman annual productivity, but it will not be pro-rata i.e.11/12, it shall be less than that. This is with individual workmen perspective. However from Nations' or economy perspective, such an impact must be nuetralised through a right/appropraite 'MIX' of workmen of different ethnicity/religious backgrond. Even outsourcing of major/necessary processes out of Muslim world must be explored during such period.
