Now graphic designing is absolutely all about creativity and passion. One must posses a fine imaginative prowess or virtue. And bringing it to the digital world, one must have a swift and perfect understanding of the softwares necessary.

after that must have skills of designing softwares, for execute your idea.

First up on we need basic knowledge of all designing software, always updated
new version software. then we want good ideas, we need to think what we do, how we do like that. then creativity is other important
Good freehand drawing or at least the ability to put the idea in your mind on the paper so you can introduce it in a good cover to the employer

Anyone can be a graphic designer, but to be a great graphic designer. It takes lots of ingredients. Talent comes naturaly but skill is only developed through hours and hours beating on your craft. It needs creative flair, passion lots of passion & guts to do the things that most designers are scared to do, to take a leap of faith that it is going to be okay if you do this or do that. But before that you must know the principles of designing, such as layout, grids, colour theories, history (you must know what went before your time, in order to do new things) and then only you can break those rule like an artist.
