by swapping with other cable

when the area voltage is low, in order to electricfy such aproblem without a meter

just get a changing cable and test terminal by terminal untill you get the required voltage

By using insulation tester you can detect the cable if its damage or still good

For meter, if cable insulator cut or damage voltage drope of that area is maximum, so when i check that area voltage is low, and i detect that damage area.
