While building a team, it is very important to understand the team members. exchange of ideas is very important to build trust within the team.

hence listening comes the foremost, motivations and fears have to be addressed as well as expectations of the team members.

then comes setting benchmarks as per operational guidelines. team goals are set as per realistic time frames.

Then the team leader has to get the team to focus on the ultimate goal of the project, while improving the process with the team continuously.

As Salamu Alaikum, Thanks for the invitation. Yes, it is a good question. It is very difficult to explain the mandatory aspects of 'fundamental character' As it depends on a  person how he prioritises this issue.Basically, he must know the importance of collective teams responsibility & thorough knowledge of the training subject. He must be a troubleshooter, supported by his team.
