One of the best methods that have proven the effectiveness of the tests and their effective results are the methods that will activate the student's mind such as simple practical activities so that everyone can experience it within the department.
There are lot of mehtods depending on the nature of the subject and level of students.However,I employed my sense of humour to get their attention as well as use of pictorial methods where there is support of pictures and drawings.
It always depends on students needs, and of course teaching school pupils is totally different from teaching university students, so different methods can be used.

As a science or maths teacher he should give examples from daily life and its applications in everyday life, this will not only enhance their interest in that subject but also diversify their knowledge.
First few lectures the teacher would not teach anything but he should enhance their interest and concepts in the subject and try to know what the students want from him/her. A good teacher is one who knows his students along with the knowledge in that subject.
By establishing standards for teacher competence in student assessment, the associations subscribe to the view that student assessment is an essential part of teaching and that good teaching cannot exist without good student assessment. Training to develop the competencies covered in the standards should be an integral part of preservice preparation. as a teacher, i use diverse methodes based on technology, games, debatek, negotiation, researches...but i don't use by chance , i used methodes that match with the abilities of all the students
Most classes have over 10-15 students, and each of these students have their own specific learning styles, it is therefore not appropriate to use a one style fits all system. Some students learn better in a group while some individually, some learn better using diagrams and charts while others learn by listening.
A good teacher should be able to incorporate different learning styles into every lesson so as to make learning fun, challenging and productive for every student.
