1. Configure Printer for Getting IP from DHCP / Static

2. If IP is static, Configure, IP address, subnet mask, Gateway, Primary and secondary DNS if any

3. Install printer from Driver setup package or manually from control panel, Add printer, Create Port and Browse for Driver File and finaly print a test page to verify printer operation

Now printer is ready to use

First we connect a printer using network cable. Then insert the CD from the CD drive. Then go to DVICES & PRINTERS option-> select Add printer -> then select install the printer through network-> and given one ipp address to the printer and install the driver correctly

instal the pirter on pc the share it wher u want it ,  when printer is not working the switch of see every thing what is the esho afther that fax it or some time paper juump of the print and out the paper as to essy sir
