What are your training methods to ensure effective use of corporate computer systems?

corporate computer or corporate systems, are you talking about hardware or software or both.

First of all you need to have a valid Policies and Procedures, to defin what is allowed and what is not. But before that you need to ensure the system availabilities for all corporate users, and accessability, so by providin the right equipment and systems you be in aposition to prevent any users to use none corporate system.

Also, the way you setup your network infrastructure and security is very important, for instance, in my corporate no one can connect his personal mobile or laptop to my corporate system, unless there he meet my conditions, which i already configured in my security appliences.

so its very important to align your IT setup with the corporate goals.
