Thank you for inviting me to answer this question. First of all the nature of my work as a sales person is not related in hotels. But to raise up the hotel occupancy during in the low season,the management can do something that can attract to the customers. Number one reduction of rent,promote your hotels. Social media can help to promote the hotels,like FB,Instagram,Twitter or upload the beautiful facilities of hotels in youtube,thats free,no need to pay for the adds. In that case the hotels specially here in Dubai can VIEW anywhere in the world through the help of Internet.

  • first step is to make flyers highlight all the positive feedback for the hotels.
  • on the flyers mention about promotion on that specific date so people will definitely catch up those days for holidays season.
  • insert good views about Dubai scenery, beaches  & specially hotels from lobby to their room to occupy during their stay.
  • assign someone else to distribute flyers in every location.
  • to avoid spending a lot you can post the flyers by online.
