Customer Service Career one of the most burning jobs for recruiters & employees! What do you think the middle east need to do to make this better easy?

I always find the recruiters complain about the customer service hiring and the employees reject the idea of call center.

Most of people say that customer service is a job for those who have no jobs!

Which is really sad but what do you think that we can do or owners of companies that provide customer service can do to make this a career for employees and attractive enough for them as well!?

Provide proper training to the staff dealing with customer service. Training makes them more proficient in dealing with the customer.

The Entity should creat a clear career path for their contact center employees.

Thus, all contact center employees will know well the exact skills they should gain before asking for working in the 2nd levels in the same contact center or in other contact centers.

We can also creat training programs for skills can help the contact centers employees to promot in thier professional lives

After increeaseing the lifetime of the employees in the contact centers, it will be possible to creat a union for the workers of the contact centers. to save their rights.

In any relationship whether social or business communication is a key instrument in fostering and making that relationship beneficial and so the language of communication has to be a common one. in customer service career an understanding of the customer's language gives the customer some sense of confidence and assurance of being understood.

yes, it is always better to speak the language of the customer, or at least learn how to speak customers language, fluent or not as long customers are satisfied. Don't just talk to the customers, we should communicate to them
