I feel work experience is required for recruiters to hire. Similarly candidate should posses passion for the job that he is applying to that check is also important for recruiter. But what if he doesn't posses work permit for the country applied to? Rejecting an application on the grounds of no work permit for the country applied in isn't that Racism? A potential talented candidate doesn't deserves a right to work in a better country and earn more than his home country? I am giving everybody an example would like to see your views on it. Suppose there are2 candidates1 has a entrepreneurial background in a country like India (India because most of the population is from business background in the country),2nd is again Indian but already working in UK. Now the Indian candidate wants to move from the India and is willing to relocate similarly the UK guy wants to switch. Both are searching for jobs in there sector suppose footwear and fashion. Now they both apply for the same job opening in the same company now who do you think is better candidate? There CV work experience, education levels, passion for the job is same or equivalent. The only difference is that1st guy is from India and2nd guy is from India but living and working in UK. So according to you who is a better candidate?
A worker should be eligible but there are barriers of certain countries that a skilled worker cannot be hired by a certain companies, so a worker should comply the requirements of the reason that is mandated by the government of the host country.
