Can you suggest me some easy fitness exercises for pregnant women?

Lot of walking and Yoga. No jogging nor jumping. And no much of step climbing .

Exercises for pregnancy: -

Exercise has many benefits if pregnant women exercise, they give more energy to them as well as avoid back pain and help them return to normal physical state soon after birth. But given that any exercise during pregnancy has limits that a woman should be aware of, it is not the time when she tries to record records.

* Important instructions for pregnant women: -

The doctor should be consulted first before practicing any activity.

- Do not initiate activities that require effort

 Before or during pregnancy, a moderate exercise program is required.

Avoid exercise during high temperatures or high humidity.

- Wear athletic shoes while walking.

- Prolong periods of warm-up and cooling.

- The pregnant woman needs three thousand additional calories, so it is necessary to maintain a diet while exercising.

Pregnant women should take a snack before any exercise to avoid hypoglycemia.

- Drink plenty of water before, during and after exercising.

- Try walking on flat surfaces.

- In the second and third stage of pregnancy, pregnant women can use weight training devices as they will be more comfortable.

- If any physical changes such as vaginal bleeding, severe fatigue, joint pain or irregular heartbeat are observed, consult your physician immediately.

- Pregnant women shall not exercise sports activities if they:

A - suffer from high blood pressure.

(B) have genetic symptoms or history of contractility or premature birth;

C - suffer from vaginal bleeding .- Avoid excessive prolongation (too long), because many women have a more flexible body during pregnancy due to relaxation joints because the hormone (Relaxin) increases the risk of infection during the prolongation and exercise exercise This hormone makes joints more Relaxation and softness.

* Exercise the first stage of pregnancy

 (Up to one week):

- Women can exercise their light sports during the first three months, but after consultation with the specialist doctor despite the presence of nausea or vomiting in this period in addition to the feeling of fatigue.

- Do not recommend violent exercise

 Which requires a great effort.
