First and foremost we need to create Employer Banding for creating visibility of the Organization through right online channels. Then display the job content with expected core competencies and other role expecations. The choice of the oline portal is very imprtant according the job level, skills required or the cultural requirements etc. It is also important to have an in-house Recruitment software for filtering the CVs and getting the right shortlisted ones. An organization should have multiple online portals covering the required goegraphical regions including paid portals, free portal, strong internal website etc.

Recruitment channel should be decided based on the kind of recruitment you do,for example ,if you are looking for entry level position in a mass number, better to go to for campus hire or walk-in-interview ,advertisement posted in job sites;local newspaper;social media whereas for very senior level position which is mostly confidential in nature;better to hire consultant or source the potential candidates through linkedin or job portals.
