The reason that companies have exit interviews is to gain valuable information which can prove to be useful in all aspects of the work environment, including aspects such as the work culture, day to day concerns, process issues around management style, workplace ethics and employee morale. The information receives an be invaluable.

·        Helps in retention of employees – can identify the negative trends and increase employee engagement and satisfaction

·        Can evaluate the perception of management – plays a key role in recognizing the direct managers. Employees might leave the organization due to the bad behavior from his immediate supervisor.

 

·        Can Assess the weakness of a company – Employees tend to lend the company due to bad work environment, lack of support or training, lack of supervision. Helps to identify the reason and take necessary to strengthen the operations aspects.
